    Yes, if there is an incident you can always report back to it and figure out what needs to be communicated to the parents and how it should be delivered.

    Yes I think those written policies would be useful in situations like emergencies, injuries, behavior reports, illness. I think all those need written policies so staff and parents know the steps in which these kids of situations will be handled so there are no surprises, and so easy steps are available to follow and handle situations.

    The written guidance policies would be helpful for deciding how to handle situations where children consistently do not listen to verbal instruction or redirection, or repeatedly/persistently engage in behaviors they know are not allowed to the point of becoming disruptive to others. It would also be helpful when one observes other teachers using guidance and behavior correction methods that one believes are ineffective or harmful to the children but do not rise to the level of reportable abuse.

    yes, I think they would be helpful at any given time wether there is a new employee who needs reminders or if there is an event or incident that hasn’t occurred in awhile

    I think it is important to have instructions about child care, for example, how to properly talk to a child and with parents. How to properly help a child in emergency cases
