I think guidance policies will be helpful when we need to address important decisions due to illnesses, emergency situations, or children behavior concerns.

Yes, if an accident were to happen or illness, then having those guidance policies in place would be very helpful

Policies are there for a reason and are helpful in many and practically all situations. If you are new to teaching and need extra guidance, in case of an emergency, when accidents/ incidents occur, when you need support guiding certain behaviors, when you have a child in your class that presents you with a scenario you may not be experienced in (food allergies, medical conditions, etc.)
    Policies are the ultimate guide!

Yes; these written policies can be used in the case of an unexpected circumstance, such as an illness or an emergency.

Think when a child gets hurt and what happens to the child then kind of go back and look and be like OK do I need to contact the parents what do I need to say all of that. I think that would be very beneficial.

I think in situations where caregivers disagree on how to handle challenging behavior from a child, and one is not so kind when dealing with the child, that the guidance policy would be hugely helpful. This way everyone can read through and understand what is appropriate and what will not be tolerated.

I think it’s always useful to have guidelines available just incase you forget what to do, or are uncertain on how to address a situation.

Yes, I think that they would be helpful (especially for people who are new or are not familiar with them) in times of a crisis or emergency, where they would likely be stressed and would need to make fast decisions.
