Our goal is to increase by 5 children, so I do not have to cut any more staff.

My goal is to stay fully enrolled, so we can receive full ECEAP reimbursement from the contractors office and set aside funds to create a sensory/movement indoor space for children

My goal is to fill the 4 empty spots in my center. with these tuition payments I could afford to have extra staff floating around to any classroom that needs it. extra breaks during the day, more hands to help with mess crafts or helping suit up for winter outdoor play or clean up. When I was in a teaching position I never turned down an extra set of hands when offered.

For me it would probably be two separate goals, to figure out how to manage labor as that is one of the larger costs that hit your budget. My goal is always zero OT, but of course in this field that can always change.I would like to build enrollment so we can proceed with a new playground structure and surpass our prior year revenue.

A smart budget can help a child care program stay organized and make sure there are enough resources to provide a safe and enriching environment for children. By planning income and expenses carefully, a program can avoid financial problems and continue offering quality care to families. One goal I would focus on with a well-planned budget is improving learning spaces by adding new educational materials and creative play areas. Investing in things like books, art supplies, and interactive learning tools can help support children’s development and make the environment more engaging.

A smart budget can help ease stress and create more stability in a child care program. When finances are organized, I can be more present, positive and focused on the children instead of worrying about money. It also creates opportunities to improve the program and plan for growth. One goal I would pursue with a well-planned budget is creating fun and meaningful memories for the children, investing in creative learning spaces and expanding the program to serve more families in the future.

Not too sure how to respond to someone’s post but I really like Rumeet’s comment because I can relate! Our current facility cannot be expanded either. Renting auditoriums for special events like graduation and holiday recitals sounds like such a fun and creative way to celebrate children while growing the program experience for families.
