1. What did you discover about the WAC’s while completing the activity? I discovered lots of words that you should practice not saying in front of the kids. I also learned more about being a mandated reporter and about safe sleep.

2. Were you surprised about any of the WAC’s? Nothing really surprised me about the rules I think that they all make lots of sense and I am going to try my hardest as a childcare provider to hold myself accountable in following these rules.

3. Can you see how the WAC’s will influence your day-to-day practice in caring for children? Why or why not? Yes most definitely, I will always be thinking about the rules and how to follow them best and if i catch myself not following one to my best ability I will stop and think about how I should’ve reacted in that situation and how I can fix it for next time so it doesn’t happen again and the more that I practice it, even at home away from work the better I will be able to follow.
