My biggest fear would be that the my kids would be neglected, emotionally harmed or physically injured.</p>

I would script and role play with a peer to make sure everything I am saying is sensitive, yet objective. I would make sure I had good documentation, and knew all local resources available. Most importantly I would keep it confidential!</p>

Maybe something more is going on that is causing these consistent late days. Depending on the parents response, I would either just remind them of the policy pick up time or help them work through a plan to make sure they arrive on time for the needs of their child.  </p>
