I discovered that there is a lot that goes into someone getting their license and it’s there in order to protect the children and their families. I was surprised by all the training that needs to be completed each year. I didn’t know that someone needed to get new training done each year

I can see how the WACs will influence my day to day practice with caring for children. I feel like its important to remember all the training that you had to go through and remember the policies that keep you in check
