How does observing and documenting a child’s development help early learning providers?
It helps learning providers to be able to help all children progress, give the provider an ability to encourage and help a child believe in themselves more, and prepare them for school on an even keel level.

In my opinion, there shouldn’t be screen time in child care facilities, very often, maybe 1 time every 2 weeks depending on why, what it is in regards to, but should be for the older children.

By being down at a child/children’s level and interacting in their play. Talk to them about what they are doing, and interact in that play.
