WAC 392-190-005: Sets rules against discrimination in public schools based on categories like sex, race, and disability. WAC 392-190-048: Requires school districts to analyze disciplinary data to identify and address disproportionate actions against certain student groups. It is important and should be reflected in various elements of the job.
