1. What did you discover about the WACs while completing the activity? I learned the amount of detail that has been put into each WAC.
2. Were you surprised by any of the WACs? I wasn’t really surprised by any, but WAC 110-300-
  
  0005 included some definitions that I didn’t know applied to early learning.
3. Can you see how the WACs will influence your day-to-day practice in caring for children? Why or why not? Yes, it will affect how day-to-day practice goes, due to trying to be in compliance with the requirements.

I agree that it is severe to be consistently 20 minutes late. I know at my old job we had to give a parent a warning for the first tardy and so on. First, I would talk to the parent about why they were late and if there are other pick-up solutions. If not then our program might not be the best fit for them.
