Have printed materials ready to show parents. Practice your conversation with a coworker so you&#8217;re better prepared. Be understanding towards parents and listen to them. Even if they are angry about what&#8217;s happening. Once feelings are out in the open then discussion can begin. </p>

Then when you have identified if they are on track or need a little help you can help them accordingly. It asl help us interact with each child and help develop them in individual ways.</p>

I&#8217;d ask if there was a reason and remind her gently that her baby needs to be picked up at 5:30.  </p>
