Minimal screen time for children is always best. Allowing that room for imagination is a great cognitive skill for them to develop. Listening to either audio books or music is something you can substitute screen time for.

Next, explain to the parent how this affects not only the staff and the child. Since the incident is reoccurring explain that this may have to be taken more seriously and will have repercussions. allowing there to be an explanation as to how this impacts the staff and child because of a safety matter may be a great thing to mention.
