<p>2. The big messages that WAC give regarding diversity and collaboration is to accept and embrace other peoples culture, the main goal is to support the child and set them up for success and open up communication with families to best do that.</p>

It&#8217;s important to make sure they are being followed to the tee to ensure the safest development of the children we care for. </li>
