There are pros and cons of screen time but caregivers should be mindful about how many hours they allow children to spend time on screens. It’s important to balance out children’s interaction with their environment and the knowledge they gain from the media via a rational lens.

    1. Learn a child’s needs and respond with support

    2. Pay attention to their interest and every move

    3. Name the object or things they point out, that help to develop their language

My approach would be that I will try to be understanding and open listening to their perspective. Properly inform them that their absence could potentially influence the child’s well-being. Discuss what is causing them to be late and have a clear plan on how to fix it. Offer professional support if there’s anything I could do to help them. I believe collaboration and mutual understanding play a great role in solving these sorts of situations, thus I’d focus on working around that.

I will tell them that their not being present on time is impactful for the child’s wellbeing. Discuss what is causing them to be late and offer professional support if there’s anything I could do to help them and listen. I believe collaboration and mutual understanding could potentially solve the problem, so I’d focus on working around them.
