1. I learned just how much is involved and expected of us as employees but also as well as the center. Upon reading these and discovering how much there is to go through, and learn, Imagine owning the business the licenses and information you would need to be aware of!

2. I was not too surprised by anything, most of it did seem to make sense. Though for me it was good to understand about physical restraint if it was a danger to the child or others. I thought during these times anything like that would be considered a no, or a potential to get it trouble. It’s good you can be somewhat protected if it was needed for their safety.

3. Of course it will influence every day with them, and give you set expectations to excel the children’s learning and set them up the best we can to give them the best shot when they start school and also keep them safe and healthy as well!
