Finding a solution together may help get the problem solved. For example, maybe someone else picks them up or you give notice to someone else.

They want to promote diversity in a positive way, whether it’s<b style=”color: var(–bb-body-text-color); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”> by having songs in a different language or having picture books in different languages. One strategy I noticed was a childcare offering Spanish classes. Parents would sign their child up for class taught by a Spanish-speaking teacher. They do not condone bias behavior or negative stereotypes.

1. Strongly Agree
A multicultural education curriculum should be in place in every school.
All learning programs should accommodate all children with special needs.
2. Agree
Families should not be expected to be involved in classroom activities.
The United States should discontinue relations with countries that engage in human rights violations.
3. Disagree
Some extended family members may confuse children, so they should not have a voice in raising or educating the child.
My curriculum should be based on each individual child’s current interests.
Media in general delivers fair and accurate accounts of events around the country.
4. Strongly Disagree
Diversity definitely includes race and culture, but doesn’t include age, ability or family make-up.
POV: Family, Family Income, religious beliefs, media, education, peers
Our point of view can change when we see something different than before, your not in everybody shoes just your own. You don’t know what someone faces or goes through on a daily basis. You have to keep a open mind about people views. You might not see eye to eye but people are entitled to their own views

What surprised me a little bit is the number of rules and regulations that goes into a childcare. I can see how it can influence my daily life as this resource can help make decisions. If I am ever in doubt about a decision coming back to the WAC and using it can help me.
