    1. What did you discover about the WACs while completing the activity? The requirements and policies are very thourough and detailed for every situation and establishment which need to followed to be complaint.
    2. Were you surprised by any of the WACs? I am surprised by the WAC Facility and program records from the previous twelve months must be easily accessible and kept on-site or in the program’s administrative office for department of other state agency’s review.
