I keep away stress by giving myself moments to breathe, like for example, taking a walk and stepping away from what ever my stressor is.

I have different playlists I like to listen to depending on what kind of stressed I am, taking a walk or a drive and listening to said playlist, spending time with friends being creative, lighting a candle and reading a book/making art.

Ways i like to reduce stress is spending time with the people i love or pets, participating in hobbies, and talking with the people closest to me about it, reminding myself to stay present and the things ive accomplished recently.

I like to listen to music, take deep breaths to relax and give myself a good count to 10…This helps me to refocus, realign and move on.

My ways of managing stress are to listen to music, rewatch movie series/franchises, baking, singing, and doing fun activities with my siblings. I also enjoy writing about my day, or listening to rain sounds on my phone. My mind feels at ease and I can think efficiently.

I maintain stress with breathing techniques, walks around my neigborhood, quick pep talks to myself to regather and refocus. I hang out with my twin sister a lot.

I set time to be with myself and include either music, a good book, or just a relaxing place to sit and be a while. Playing music and singing are also ways I personally use daily.
