prepare ahead of time to come across issues, and don’t feel surprised when i do. so if a kid has trouble getting up from lunch for diperchange i know that i need to take it slow and let them vent a little before we head off, then when they do i can go through the motions of remaining in composure rather than worrying about what stressors may be their in me. i also have tea

Some techniques I’ve found is taking walks, spending time in nature, listen to music, talk to others about what is stressful to get another perspective.

Some techniques I’ve found to release stress include breathing exercises, and mindfulness walking during break times.

Working with kids is fulfilling but can be emotional. I manage stress by taking short breaks, doing deep breathing, and journaling. Talking with colleagues and balancing work with personal activities also helps.

Working with children is fulfilling but can be emotional. To manage stress, try deep breathing, short breaks, and spending time in nature. Journaling and connecting with colleagues also help. Prioritize self-care to provide the best care for the children

Working with children is very rewarding and very emotional work. Are there any techniques you’ve found to release stress?

I like to listen to music, lay down and breathe, go on a walk or bike ride with my dog, watch a show, nap or play sports

In these situations, it is best to remember that this is a job, and the job is to keep the child safe and well in order to relieve stress.

Early Education is some of the most challenging work, kids are learning social and emotional tools that will be used the rest of their lives, however this is still exceptionally challenging and high stress work. First and foremost never approach a child or handle a stressful situation out of anger. Even if that means taking a big breath and counting to 10 before responding.

Don’t hesitate to ask for help when it is necessary.

Going for a walk after work. Being able to find time for myself before and after work. Talking about the day with my partner.
