To manage stress, try taking short breaks, deep breathing, physical activity, spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness, talking to someone supportive, & enjoying hobbies.

MemberApril 22, 2024 at 2:54 amWorking with children is very rewarding and very emotional work. Are there any techniques you’ve found to release stress?
Takind deep breath with closed eyes helped me release stress. Also, taking a walk outside helps.

Taking some breaths, stretching, playing music, or taking a walk.

Yes! Making sure you are prepared for the day helps! Also removing yourself from the classroom and practicing on stretching while simultaneously focusing on your breathing I found helps a bunch !
