I like to destress when I get home by having some time with my spouse. We watch a movie, cook dinner, and/or play video games. Also, a bit silly, but I love a good cup of hot chocolate. In the moment, definitely breathing techniques.

nothin like a good therapeutic massage, hot bath with unscented epsome salt (2 cups) and plenty of water. I knew a chiropractor who wouldn’t adjust a person who wasn’t taking a sound probiotic… and Ive since learned that probiotic have to make it to the large intestine backed up poop can be a root cause of a lot of things… including the body not getting in much of whatever we are trying to get in us for the better… bottom line take care of yourself in the ways are reasonable and make sense to you overtime.. and in time things will get better to have to hang in there/ ride it out a and there will be light on the other side.
