I try to have moments of complete silence where I can just decompress for all the noise of a classroom. Drink water, have snack, stretch. All good things that help me release stress from a workday.

I like to destress when I get home by having some time with my spouse. We watch a movie, cook dinner, and/or play video games. Also, a bit silly, but I love a good cup of hot chocolate. In the moment, definitely breathing techniques.

    • Take deep breaths or step outside for a quick reset. • Talk it out with a trusted coworker or friend—venting helps. • Write things down—journaling can help process tough moments. • Play music or move your body—even a short walk can help shift your mood. • Laugh with the kids—sometimes their joy is the best stress relief. It’s important to take care of yourself so you can show up well for them.

When I feel stress, I take deep breaths, go for a walk, or talk to a friend. I also listen to music or sit quietly. It helps me feel better.

I’ve found taking a step back when you can and focus on breathing and your body. Regrounding is really helpful for me. If I can’t step away then putting on some fun music or doing something to change the dynamic of the situation helps to get me out of that stressed response.

nothin like a good therapeutic massage, hot bath with unscented epsome salt (2 cups) and plenty of water. I knew a chiropractor who wouldn’t adjust a person who wasn’t taking a sound probiotic… and Ive since learned that probiotic have to make it to the large intestine backed up poop can be a root cause of a lot of things… including the body not getting in much of whatever we are trying to get in us for the better… bottom line take care of yourself in the ways are reasonable and make sense to you overtime.. and in time things will get better to have to hang in there/ ride it out a and there will be light on the other side.
