Make games or sing songs during the process of cleaning or other healthy habits to make them more engaging.

Turn healthy activities into games, like earning points for eating vegetables or completing exercises. Encourage them to join group activities like sports teams or dance classes, where they can make friends and have fun while staying active. Set up small rewards for reaching goals, like a special outing or a favorite activity. Try new and exciting recipes together, making healthy eating an adventure. Create a pleasant environment for activities, like playing their favorite music during exercise. Combine fun with fitness by doing activities they love, such as biking, hiking, or playing at the park. Involve the whole family in healthy habits, planning walks or cooking healthy meals together. Celebrate their progress with lots of praise and little rewards, making the journey toward healthy living exciting and joyful.

A good way to make healthy habits fun is by playing games centered around the concept of healthy habits, reading books, or doing activities that convey a positive message about healthy habits

Almost every thing can be a game. How quickly can we complete our healthy tasks? That’s the one I use the most with my kids. Another one is add songs to tasks for getting timing and efficacy right. Like a hand washing song that will allow the kids to rub their hands for enough time to actually get them clean.

Cutting fruits and veggies into fun shapes and talking about what different nutrients do for our bodies, dancing and playing outside to promote physical health, encouraging and modeling talking about your feelings and communicating to solve problems.

Using songs or creating interesting shapes usually makes the children more interested in keeping up healthy habits

I think if we sing about how to maintain cleanliness and ready the book about the concept. And be an example and do things as you want them to do.
