    By addressing routines such as hand washing as a fun activity vs a chore. Singing songs is a good way to get children to have fun in participating in activities. And educating children in why we do what we do is also a plus so it’s not just a “because I said so” situation.

    I think some ways to make healthy habits fun are… making up or singing songs about them, doing art projects or coloring pages about the healthy habits. Reading books about the healthy habits could be fun as well.

    I read a book about healthy habits and I also sing then songs with rhymes and mimes to make it more fun and fascinating.
