Internet safety and public health crises are my biggest worries about keeping children safe.

Kids are somewhat reckless with their bodies – intense play and ill judgments can lead to a LOT of injury; mostly cuts and bruises, but some serious enough to write home about. Kids will be kids, so there’s not a ton to be done about it. Even with all the direction in the world, a kid is still going to play his way.

My biggest worry about keeping children safe is not being able to stop an accident from happening for example things like biting or hitting.

I worry about them learning about unsafe behaviors and it spreading to others around them, such as drugs like vaping and other very unsafe behaviors.

My biggest worry with keeping children safe is gun violence, as well as illness. Gun violence has become so prevalent, and as a teacher it is very threatening.

Es lo mas importante, tener niños sanos y seguro de su entorno es lo que papá y mamá desean.

My biggest worry about keeping little children safe is choking or something like that happens to them and I have to react quick or may not know how to respond in a certain situation. Or feel confident that I am doing the right thing.

my biggest worry for keeping children safe is recognizing or having to report signs of grooming or molestation that may be happening to a child in my care.

school shootings have become so normal that even daycares now do lockdown drills. (That doesn’t even make sense to me!!) Then, we have the internet and all that can be accessed there. If you do something that someone else doesn’t like, or heck, even just interprets wrong, cps can show up and take your kids away. The real question is “is there anything not to fear about keeping kids safe?” or something like that. When something as simple as a rainbow can make people want to shoot you, there is no safety when raising or taking care of kids. The best I can hope for is that the kids now will have kids who don’t have to worry about those things.

My biggest worry is that there might be a school shooting and that the children won’t understand that it’s serious and that they need to stay quiet for their safety.

that they are not being kept safe by the arms of their care providers or that parents are feeling safe with leaving their children with me.

My biggest worry about keeping children safe is allergies, I grew up in a home where multiple family members had severe food allergies. Seeing them get sick because someone made a mistake or thought it wasn’t a big deal was awful. I tend to be hypervigilant about allergies now.

my biggest fear is making a decision for them thinking that it is the right one and its not, and that it will put them at risk. The internet is also something that worries me especially with this generation.
