i would personally welcome the child by asking where hes from and becoming connected with him, i will also help other kids to make him feel safe and welcomed.

i would celebrate having this kid in my class by making him feel welcomed and treating all the kids right and equally.

i would encourage other kids to help them feel safe and right. and tell the other kids to be nice

Reflect on the ways people respond to one another when points of view differ. Do we ever change our views? What kinds of things influence us to change our perspective?

When people have different points of view, they may respond in different ways. Some might listen and try to understand the other person’s opinion, while others might feel defensive or argue. Sometimes, people don’t change their views right away, but they can be influenced by new information, personal experiences, or seeing things from someone else’s perspective.

People might change their views when they learn something new that makes them rethink their position, or when they feel understood and respected. Positive conversations, being open-minded, and having a willingness to learn from others can also help people change their perspective over time. It often depends on the situation and how willing we are to listen and consider different ideas.

Influence of Human Diversity – Diversity in language, religion, social class, race, gender, and abilities affects children’s well-being, behavior, attitudes, and growth.
