I think the best for our center has been our website and including as much information about our program as possible in an easy to find format.

Frankly, an internet search is a great place to start. Reviews and feedback about a school or business offer prospective parents valuable insight into the facility and its reputation.Next, families often turn to the school’s website and Facebook page. A well-organized website and an active social media presence help parents evaluate the program and support informed decision-making. Finally, asking for opinions in local Facebook groups or parent communities provides current, real-time feedback. This is often the most powerful step—prompting families to reach out and schedule a tour.

There are a few differnet ways to promote a preschool program/center. The digital marketing method is everywhere. Creating a user-friendly website is a great way to promote the center, especially when you include samples of curriculum, food, teacher bios, and family events. It is powerful to have current testimonials of families experiences at the center. Using social media is a great way to connect with others, especially around the world.

We have our website for our church and in that website we have a link to our children’s center. Families can find enrollment information and forms on the website and we also have a link to fill out an application online for our potential staff. We send out digital newsletters through the church secretary. We also have a Facebook page set up for our church and a separate one for our children’s center.

Preschool parents are looking for something that is free, fast and easy to access. We use Class Dojo and have had great success because it satisfies all of the parent’s requests. The only issue is if they do not connect to the app.

I would say using a website that is easy to find and a place to contact the director. A website that shows photos, information about your program and staff and testimonials from real families. I would also say using social media is a good way to get the word out that you have openings.

Create easy use website, with a little description about the history of the center and some pictures to show materials.

I know I am behind the times, but I have just been introduced to Instagram stories. I had facebook down and felt comfortable, but since our clients are within a younger age bracket, Instagram is where they go. Our marketing person said it was like the new google.

Maintain the website with updated and necessary information so that parents can make decisions, and with different ways to contact us. Also showing photos of the center that invite a safe and warm environment.

One effective digital marketing method for attracting and keeping parents today is a strong Googles presence supported by positive parent reviews. Most families begin their search online, and centers with updated Google profiles, clear information, and consistent reviews build immediate trust.

Creating a website that is user-friendly with categorized information for prospective parents. This should include pictures, school calendar and events, staff photos and photos of the facility. The website should also funnel to further contact the center or scheduling tours. There should also be a few links to any social media also being used by the center for the parents that would like to see more details on past and current events. If a website is already available, it would be good to periodically update any immediate new information and check the accuracy of the website. Then see if any improvements can be made such as redesign of the look or even trimming unnecessary details.
