With this in mind it is important to collaborate with families about expectations and self-assessments towards their children to best support their needs. </p>

I discovered all the rules and regulations to be able to work in a childhood establishment, what records need to be noted and stored. The qualifications needed for specific childcare establishments and positions within the establishment (director, teacher, aide, etc.).</p>
