    I would communicate that her child was very fixated on her picking them up at a particular time. It very much distressed them today that again she was late by twenty minutes. I would explain how important it is for the children to have the same routine.

    WAC convey communicating with the families about how to best take care of their child (developmental goals, behaviors, health, cultural, social, etc) and use that information and utilize it when caring for their child. Parents have choices that professionals support in their classroom, having a more diverse an inclusive environment is highly beneficial for the children.

    1. I appreciated all of the extra links and information provided. I enjoyed how it gave examples and went into extra detail.

    2. In <font face=”inherit”>WAC 110-300-0265 in relation to the sleep conditions </font>required<font face=”inherit”> by classes who nap, providing </font>students<font face=”inherit”> who do not sleep quiet activities. I appreciated their examples of toys, </font>activities<font face=”inherit”> like books or drawing. I am going to bring this up in my place of work. </font>

    <font face=”inherit”>3. I can see how the WACs can help improve my day to day practices working with children as using it as a guide post book for continuing to adhere to the high quality childcare I want to continue to provide. </font>
