For a 2-month-old infant it is important to use a crib with a firm mattress that is snugly, with no gaps between the mattress and the edge of the crib.

I think a good early learning environment is well planned and includes appropriate materials and areas to meet children’s different developmental needs. Children should be able to use spaces independently, be able to explore and play in a variety of ways.

Observing and documenting a child’s development helps Early Learning providers note where a student is at developmentally, and then be able to scaffold and provide the next steps for that student to continue on a healthy continuum of development.

It seems best that at child care children not be on screens as they are most likely getting their max of screen time else where. I think play, being outside, and exploration should be emphasized for kids.
