    WAC 110-300-0160 talks about promoting acceptance of diversity within the center. The WAC emphasizes that the providers must incorporate an inclusive environment by implementing diverse opportunities in the curriculum and activities.

    As I was reading through the WACs, it was very in depth. I worked in an early education center before, so I forgot how much training is required in general. While it can be a long process, I understand why the trainings are necessary to proceed to work in this field. It is also quite a benefit to have to renew the trainings from time to time to display consistency.
