I will have an open conversation about it, if this is new the family might be going throw a hardship, lost thioer car, or anything that might be just temporary and that will still help to know. If anything of this kind is not happening and the mom is just late because she is running late. I will respectfully tell her that this is impacting us negatively and the employees need to close and attend to their families. I would tell her that we respect her time and we value her needs and we also value our employees time and when she is late it causes an inconvenience and politely ask to be on time.

It also emphasizes the need to determine how to accommodate each child’s unique needsWAC 110-301 and 110-300:These chapters of the WACs outline broader requirements for early learning programs, emphasizing the need to create inclusive environments that are responsive to diverse needs and to actively engage families in the learning processthese are just a couple examples, The big message WACs sends is child care professionals should respect and value children and families from all different backgrounds and value diversity. Also Provide welcoming atmosphere to ALL students and families, Be inclusive in everyday practices and decision making.

First of all I want to say that the WACs contains of so much important information’s regarding, running or working in a child care setting in Washington state. The details needed from numbers, education, health and safety requirements forms and records needed. I think its a valuable resource that I need to gat familiar with and come back to during my practice.One thing I was suppressed about is that a family daycare aid can be as young as 14, I think its a great thing but it was a fact I didn’t know about before. I love giving youth the chance to work and discover their passion early.The WACs will decently impact my day to day practice, with all the rich information it contains I can see myself coming back to it to check back on certain requirements or to trouble shoot a problem I run into. I think its like (encyclopedia ) of ECL in Washington state.
