I would then give her a warning if that doesn&#8217;t work because she did agree to picking up her child at that set time when she enrolled the child. I would also just try to be understanding but also make&hellip;</p>

To make everyone feel included no matter what. Discrimination is unacceptable whether that&#8217;s by race, gender, or religious beliefs </p>

I discovered/learned that there are a lot of WACs that Washington state requires but it&#8217;s also very understandable because you&#8217;re working with children. </p>
<p>2. I wasn&#8217;t really surprised by any of the WACs because there all requirements to working with children that need to be followed. </p>
<p>3. These requirements will for sure influence my day to&hellip;</p>
