The way they can make a classroom in a way of serving and giving back is through play, that stimulation begins when they are little when we begin to speak in their same language, children normally repeat what we teach them so if we teach them to serve and return should be for our example.

This is the third time in the last two weeks that Mrs. Hopkins has picked up her son late. Today it didn’t arrive until 20 minutes after closing. What would you do? The first thing is to talk to Mrs. Hopkins about the reason why she has been late to pick up her son, talk to her calmly, so that she can help her find the answer to avoid arriving after closing, and gently remind her of the time when the center closes.

The message it transmits is about inclusion, it motivates us to adapt as early learning centers to make the modifications that can be made to help in a friendly transition where children and family are the most important thing. In addition to inviting us to recognize these differences, it has non-discrimination message policies.

Do we ever change our views?

It is very difficult to change our point of view, since what we see or how we react to something is due to everything that surrounds us and everything that was part of us while we were formed, it is possible that if we can change our opinion on something, now that as we continue to grow and learn we can adapt and assimilate.

What kinds of things influence us to change our perspective?

The society that surrounds us, many times something that we considered negative or that is not part of what surrounds us ends up being part of us in some way due to the society that surrounds us, it can also be the fact of studying a topic in depth. which can make us change our mind about something.

What did you discover about WACs while completing the activity?

I discovered that it brings together EVERYTHING that may be needed while doing work such as early learning teaching. It covers the entire process from the moment a center is licensed and how to follow the policies that are compiled.

Were you surprised by any of the WACs?

Yes, several surprised me since the standard has high levels of demand regarding the training of people who are in early learning centers, which gives greater guarantee that work is carried out with the highest quality standards.

Can you see how WACs will influence your daily childcare practice? Why or why not?

Yes, I can see how it will influence, since it is the regulatory heart of each center, by complying with the regulations I know that I am being part of a community that strives to comply and achieve high quality standards for teaching.
