First talk about the positive Points about the child, It helps the Parent understand more when the positive things are highlighted first. I then will express any concerns about their child and what we could do to help. I will listen to the perspective about their child since they know their kid better. And come to an agreement on something to work on

It help understand the child more and see how they learn best and get to know them more.

Ill talk to the Parent and see if everything is okay and if theres anything that we can do to help

- What big messages do the WACs give regarding diversity and collaboration? – The Message is that no one(staff member or student) should not be discriminated because of their gender, sexuality, age or race. Its Unacceptable & the early learning program should have a policy addressing this rule
