I would then explain that her child needs to be picked up at said time, and if she continues to fail to do so, there will be consequences or fees. I would discuss/ ask questions on if there is a possible backup plan, of another family&hellip;</p>

Something that I discovered about the WACs was how detailed each one was. Each one was extremely specific. </p>
<p>2. Nothing surprised me too much, I understood why each one is there and they all make sense to me.</p>
<p><span>&lt;font color=&#8221;rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)&#8221; face=&#8221;inherit&#8221;&gt;3. Yes 100%! I could see that each day these WACs would influence our day to day routine&hellip;</span></p>
