They could always benefit from tunes and things but watching TV just isn&#8217;t really that beneficial to them . The older they get though the more I feel they&#8217;d benefit from an occasional educational cartoon in small doses .</p>

<p>2.) WAC 100-300-0160 basically says that providers must provide culturally/ racially diverse learning opportunities through their activities . Things like toys , music , etc.</p>
