In my opinion videos should be limited in childcare. If videos are used at all I believe that it should be short for about 5-10 mins max. Too much screen time is negative to children, it is shown through research and through my own personal experience that screen time is addicting to children. Therefore I believe that limiting to preferably not at school at all is suggested.

If a parent is consistently late picking up their child, it is important to address the issue right away. Communicate with the parent and try to understand why they are having difficulty arriving on time. If necessary, come up with a plan to ensure the child is picked up on time. Yes, prevention is key

they begin to develop their self-concept (at least in part) from how others see them. To form positive self-concepts, children must honor and respect their own families and cultures and have others honor and respect these key facets of their identities too
