<div>1-Which WAC’s address diversity and collaboration with Families?</div>

    Washington Administrative:

    WAC 110-300-0080 Family support self-assessment

WAC 110-300-0085 Family partnerships and communication.

2-What big messages do the WAC’s give regarding diversity and collaboration?

*WAC 110-300-0080 Tell as about a self-assessment that we must to do with the family when starting the program to know all the family’s needs and where they come from and how we can help them.

*WAC 110-300-0085 Tells about we as providers must communicate with families to identify individual children’s developmental goals, needs and how we can collaborate with the family.

Hi, my name is Jose and I agree 20 minutes may not seem long time for the parents, but for the child is kind of scary. In my experience when children are the last to be picked up they got scare and start crying and is hard for the teacher to explain to them that mom will come. Also, we can ask parent what is going on in their life and try to help them and remined about the program police and explain them about why we are asking to pick the child on time and give the parent some articles to read on the subject.
