MemberJanuary 25, 2024 at 1:07 amFor me, I would definitely embrace and celebrate every child’s uniqueness, treat all children and their families equally and with respect, include and support every child, regardless of ethnic, background, culture language, gender, socio-economic background or disability, make every child to feel welcomed into different cultures. I would also asked them to bring something to class that means a lot from their culture so other children can learn from each other’s.
-
Sally, your approach to embracing diversity and fostering inclusion is commendable. Encouraging cultural sharing among children can create a rich and inclusive classroom environment.
