GuestAugust 15, 2025 at 9:35 pmI absolutely cannot do with my do-to list especially when I am overwhelmed with tasks. y writing this down, I feel calm and believe that most of my goals are achieveable. Another hack that makes my stress less and the next day go smoother and less chaotic.

GuestAugust 29, 2025 at 7:47 pmMy best time saving hack is preparing things the night before. Making kids lunches, outfits for the morning. I like baking muffins pancakes, waffles and taking stuff out the freezer for busy mornings. Getting materials ready for work. Leaving early, be on time.

GuestSeptember 1, 2025 at 5:18 pmI get 1 hour of plan time each week. I gather all my activities and plan for what we will be working on the following week.

GuestSeptember 1, 2025 at 6:40 pmFor me, I am someone who does get distracted with tasks and will lose track of time. Some people find it annoying, but I like to have timers throughout my day because when they go off I know exactly what I need to be doing. It can be tedious initially setting them up, but then they are great because it’s one less thing for me to worry about.

GuestSeptember 6, 2025 at 12:47 amI am a list maker. Firstthing when l wake up, l go over the routine for the day. What l want to accomplish for morning to night. At the classroom l usually have a list that l can cross off or save for the next day. That way l know what still needs to be accomplished. Crossing out items on a list is very uplifting. I have also learned to delegate as the years go by, children love to help… they organize spilled works, sweep after lunch, clean, dust. Ect. And they do it with a happy proud face. My favorite quote is “what if it allworks oit” and if there’s a hitch breathe

GuestSeptember 9, 2025 at 5:28 pmOne of the best time saving things I use is organization. Because I work alone most of the time, I have to be organized so I can find everything I need for each lesson I may teach. While I do plan ahead of time, there is often more that will come up in teaching depending on the children I have. If something needs to go further in my lesson plan, being organized, knowing where everything is becomes a game changer.

GuestSeptember 11, 2025 at 7:54 pmMy best way that I am able to save time and make sure all the things I need to get done are done is to make a to do list so that I am able to check things off or I will forget something. When I create a to do check list I also organize and prioritize things with what is most important and has to get done at the top while at the bottom of the list are less important things that could wait until tomorrow to get done if I run out of time. Having this list helps me so that when I have a free moment in the day, am between activities or during rest time I can quickly get something done and check it off.

GuestSeptember 16, 2025 at 6:27 pmI have built a binder for myself and for teachers who come in out with things to know about the classroom and certain behavior strategies for children. Trying to do multiple tasks at once. If I’m using the computer I will have multiple tabs open to utilize my time wisely. Making a new schedule and answering emails, that way I don’t have to feels stressed about not having time to start planned activities.

GuestSeptember 18, 2025 at 8:00 pmI work in the same room every day and we have a schedule that we stick to like glue down to every few minutes we’ve gotten really good at and get the kids on the schedule immediately as they come into the class for the first time keeping it simple and orderly is my best advice don’t make it so over complicated you forget it make it easy so you can remember without a physical copy

GuestSeptember 22, 2025 at 8:49 pmI usually reserve time for one main activity/project in a daily schedule and build free play and other activities around it. I try not to make a tight schedule that could cause a domino effect and nothing will be accomplished. To avoid stressing myself out for not accomplish my to-do list, I stop being a perfectionist.
