Some teachers may have more experience in the field or may take to creativity easier than others. To collaborate and brainstorm together you’re not only helping those who struggle with creativity but you’re making the job fun! Everyone loves game nights so I say you could host a fun staff night where teachers can sit back, play games, and share their insights. Some lighthearted competition between staff is always fun and motivating. You could have teachers pair up for something such as a door decorating competition, where the best voted door gets a prize!

At this time I do not have any employees. I am the one and only running the new opened home childcare. If and when I decide to get an employee this company will be her as much as mine. I want her to feel she is really part of the grown and her ideas do matter.
