GuestFebruary 15, 2025 at 12:50 amWe do different activities with our children. We sing funny hand washing songs. We will use markers and make different dots on their hands and they have to wash their hands til all the markers are off. We have silly posters up at the sinks.
-
That sounds like a fun and interactive way to teach handwashing! Using songs and visuals makes learning enjoyable and memorable for children.

GuestMarch 3, 2025 at 8:34 ammy favorite hand on science would be sink or float, collecting objects and test if they sink or float in a bowl of water.
I also was suppose to say how would I do hand washing with the children, we would sing the “happy birthday song as he/she washes her/his hands.
-
Great ideas, Natalie! Sink or float is a fun way to explore properties of objects, and singing while washing hands makes it enjoyable and memorable!
