Also meditation and breathing exercises help. Being alone in a quiet room is also a great way for me to decompress. Nice candles and good smelling incense is good too.</p>

Introducing certain toys like balls, frisbees, rackets, chalk and other items would further promote fun outdoor activities.</p>
