It was interesting to read about your opinions about childrens upbringing. I believe that it is very important to develop childrens hand skills and imagination. Therefore, I strongly recommend to practice through this fascinating site https://wunderkiddy.com

During a tour of my program, I would highlight the importance of sign-in and sign-out procedures, emergency procedures, health and safety policies, background checks for staff, and adequate supervision so prospective parents can feel confident in the quality of care their child will receive.

I would point out keypad locks on doors to places where children are kept out of. Fire alarms and sprinkler systems. Gate locks indoors and outside indicating safe play areas. Any camera systems the facility might have which may include streaming services for them to watch. Any kitchen safety measures such as cabinet locks.

I would show the center with a positive attitude and then explain what each classroom does and what the classroom will look like in case of an emergency and what kids do and don’t have access to the classroom.

    acceso

The safety Procedures I would highlight would be our safety plan in case of fire, all exits, room for the children 35ft inside , 75 outside. Where our sanitizing equipment is and the regimen we require. As well as informing them that all food is handled with a food safety permit licensed individual.

If you were giving a prospective parent a tour through your program, what safety procedures would you highlight?

I would make note of emergency exits, our classroom layout, how our classroom layout supports their child, make note of our safety procedures, and be open to answering any questions they have about safety in the classroom.

I would highlight every safety procedure as it was relevant: mention glass and window safety next windows, door safety next to doors, food safety when around eating tables, etc.

I would definitely start off with a tour showing them the different play areas that are fenced, and baby/ toddler proof areas such as (outlets, cornered tables, ect.). I would continue with showing them the first aid kit or area to bandage up areas. A place to sanitize and wash up would be shown, and also an area to provide lunch or have them eat.

I would show them the board with all the safety plans, such as the emergency evacuations and the lay out of the house with the emergency exits. I would also show them we have a fire extinguisher on each floor. I would then show then the sanitation stations that are set up. For the outside, I would show them the secure play space for where the children will be playing. If they had any concerns I would be open to suggestions
