110-300-0100 - What big messages do the WACs give regarding diversity and collaboration?
Diversity and collaboration are extremely important in early learning facilities and is best practice.

- What did you discover about the WACs while completing the activity?
While completing the activity, I discovered that there are many more requirements/regulations than I expected to see. All of them make sense when reading through them, but I never realized how in depth each one was. - Were you surprised by any of the WACs?
No, I was not surprised. Although I had not thought of some of them before, such as the pets and animals and pest control regulations, it makes sense to have those in place. - Can you see how the WACs will influence your day-to-day practice in caring for children? Why or why not?
Yes, I can see how the WACs will influence me because it shows the rules and regulations that I must follow and that my daycare director must enforce.
