saftey and nurturing atmosphere, I want to create a warm welcoming, responsive, and supportive classroom environment that helps build trust, develop selfesteem, and they feel comfortable taking risks in their learning.

  • highlighting the benifits of early intervention, provide clear and simple information by avoiding agressive language, explain the screening process. you can also use positive and collaborative tone by approaching the conversation as a partnership instead of making them feel alone.

  • you can better help the child individually and plan your lessons to make it more simple for the child to understand, observations are also good at telling you what areas the child is succeeding in and which areas that we need to work more in.

Children, I feel, younger than 3 years old shouldn’t have screen time since this affects their imagination.I also feel that children who are 4 years old and up should only have about 30 minutes a day for television because this can cause children to lose their imagination or their ability to think everything is real, even when it is pretend.

Early learning creates a serve and return by having meaningful conversations with the preschoolers, and our ability to give the children time in between our questions for the children to answer and think of the response, instead of just freely giving the children the answer.

I would explain to the parent that we have a strict policy regarding the pickup of children at their designated times, as we only have staff available until a certain time. If she knows she will be late, we are open to trying to arrange for another authorized person to pick up her child.
