One thing I love to do with my grandchildren is to have yoga cards about enotions to help regulate them and on the cards it has feelings on them and we talk about them as well and how to better manage them next time.

My biggest worry is that my child will be mistreated, bullied, and the childcare center will not do anything about it.

Effective communication and mutual respect, we can create this type of foundation by having open and honest conversations between us and the parents, we can create trust by valuing each person since we are both looking otu for the best intreset in the children.
