I would begin by welcoming the family to the classroom, then give them a tour of the classroom, and how we clean and sanitize everything, our hand washing procedures and what we do when children or staff. I would also show them the first aid/CPR certifications. Finally, would respond answer any and all questions that they have.

Depending on the child’s age group, I think it’s very functional, because through simulation we can cover the content in a fixed way in cognitive action.

I would write a message to Mrs. Hopkins informing that going forward, their will be a 5 minutes tolerance for delay and that an additional amount will be charge on the child’s monthly fee.
