Developing a schedule around meal and nap times makes creating a schedule efficient. From there, you can incorporate activities (depending on age group) where they can get large and small group activities, individual activities, and outdoor activities to keep them engaged.

The first priority is safety, which could mean making sure that shelves are securely attached to the walls, with no heavy items that could fall on top of a child if they run into it. A safe classroom also requires all parts of the room to be visible, to ensure that no child will get lost or be involved in something dangerous. After that, it’s important to have learning centers that appeal to each child. Some that I particularly like are dramatic play, sensory areas, and a quiet reading area.

would say think of what you are going to say before you say it think of key things you’d like to discuss before you have the conversation bring up documentation of the instances and think of ways you can help and maybe the parents can help the child in the situation and maybe say hey even though this is happening thrive improved on the or that aka bring up som positives to maybe show that its not all complaints on negative.

It is important to observe children as each child is vastly different from the other. When observing a child you can learn about how they learn, the functions of their behaviors, and more. It is through documentation that you are able to log data on these individual pieces that you are observing about a child.

eel like screen time for children in childcare is not that bad, I feel like 1 hour of screen time would make the kids happy and by screen time I mean having like a TV in the classroom and showing kids educational things.

5. Papá le grita a su hijo porque
   no quiere quedarse en la guardería. Está muy frustrado porque llega tarde
   al trabajo.
