Once in a while during outside time, I&#8217;m afraid that a child will wonder off too far if I don&#8217;t call them back. <p>1) Be kind and friendly to my child.</p>
<p>2) Make sure that my child is safe.</p>
<p>3) Report to e how my child&#8217;s day went.</p>
<p>My fears would be:</p>
<p>1) My child gets abused or neglected by the care provider.</p>
<p>2) My child gets bullied by his/her peers or injured.</p>

<p>This is the third time in the last two weeks that Mrs. Hopkins has picked up her child late. Today she did not arrive until 20 minutes after closing time. What would you do?</p>
<p>I would ask Mrs. Hopkins about the circumstances surrounding her late arrival and tell her that we would have to charge her extra each time she is late.</p>
