Promoting acceptance of diversity

WAC convey communicating with the families about how to best take care of their child (developmental goals, behaviors, health, cultural, social, etc) and use that information and utilize it when caring for their child. Parents have choices that professionals support in their classroom, having a more diverse an inclusive environment is highly beneficial for the children.

I would welcome the child to introduce about their family and culture by speech or art. I also think that we need to learn other language, at lease we should know how to say Hello, how a you, are you hungry, going to bath room, basic words.
